Job summary

Innovate Rehab and Wellness in Ringgold, LA is seeking a Licensed PRN COTA for a Skilled Nursing Facility. You will deliver high-quality OT services, help residents regain independence, and participate in care planning.

The role offers flexible, as-needed scheduling with a supportive team focused on clinical outcomes and patient-centered care. SNF experience preferred; NBCOT and state license required.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an accredited OTA program.
• NBCOT certification.
• Current state license as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
• SNF or long-term care experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide OT services under supervision.
• Deliver direct patient care per plan and facility guidelines.
• Document resident progress in EMR and report changes.
• Collaborate with nursing, PT, SLP, and other staff.
• Assist in care planning and discharge planning.
