You will implement recovery plans, document progress, and collaborate with a care team across skilled nursing, assisted living, outpatient clinics, and home-based care.

Ideal candidates hold an OTA degree, NBCOT certification, and licensure or eligibility to practice, with a patient-centered approach and growth mindset.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program per standards.
• Initial NBCOT certification or equivalent.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients by implementing occupational therapy programs and activities.
• Follow recovery plans to restore independence and functional abilities.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure high-quality, compassionate patient care.

Education
