Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation to You is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to deliver in-facility therapy. You will implement recovery programs, follow plans, and work closely with the rehab team to help patients regain independence and strength.

You’ll be part of a patient-centered culture with opportunities for mentorship, continuing education, and growth as Powerback expands across facilities in the US.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program per AOTA/ACOTE standards.
• Initial NBCOT certification.
• Licensed and/or eligible for licensure in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Implement occupational therapy programs and activities.
• Follow developed recovery plans and deliver therapy treatments.
• Collaborate with the rehab team to restore patients' physical abilities and independence.
• Provide patient-centered care with compassion and professionalism.
• Support families and coordinate referrals to ensure continuity of care.
