Powerback is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to implement therapy programs, follow recovery plans, and deliver treatments in facility settings. You will work under the Director of Rehab, helping patients regain physical abilities and independence while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

The role emphasizes compassionate care, adaptability across settings, and opportunities for mentorship, continuing education, and visa/relocation support for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program according to AOTA & ACOTE standards.
• Initial certification obtained from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
• Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Implement occupational therapy programs and activities as part of recovery plans.
• Deliver therapy treatments and monitor patient progress.
• Collaborate with rehab team to restore, reinforce, and enhance patient independence.
• Support patients and families with compassionate care in various settings.
