Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant in Memphis, TN to help patients regain physical independence in an in-facility setting. You will implement OT programs, follow recovery plans, and deliver therapy under the Director of Rehab guidance.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program according to AOTA & ACOTE standards.
• Initial certification obtained from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
• They must be licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Implement occupational therapy programs and activities.
• Follow developed recovery plans and deliver therapy treatments.
• Collaborate with peers to restore independence and function.
• Address the whole patient with compassionate care.
• Refer patients as needed to support thriving outcomes.
