Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation is actively seeking a qualified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team. Working under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, you will help implement individualized care plans and support patient progress within our therapy program.

You will document patient responses, collaborate with therapists and staff, and use standard OT equipment to support treatment sessions, contributing to positive functional outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Ensure every patient receives quality treatment resulting in excellent functional outcomes.
• With assistance of Occupational Therapist, develop and implement occupational therapy treatment programs based on each patient's particular needs.
• Assist patients with all phases of Occupational Therapy treatment and techniques.
• Discuss treatment with patients and record patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit.
• Provide continuous communication with Occupational Therapist, Director or Rehab, and facility staff.
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard occupational therapy equipment.
