Qualifications

• Qualified occupational therapy assistant (OTA) candidates preferred.
• Position works under the guidance of an occupational therapist.
• Role involves assisting patients by following individualized plans of care created by OTs.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with OT treatment and techniques.
• Discuss treatments with patients and record conditions and responses after each visit.
• Provide ongoing communication with the Occupational Therapist, Director or Rehab, and facility staff.
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard occupational therapy equipment.
