Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking qualified occupational therapy assistant candidates to join our dynamic team. As an Enhance Rehabilitation occupational therapist assistant, working under the guidance of an occupational therapist, you will be a part of growing team.

In this role, you’ll assist treating patients by following an individualized plan of care developed by Occupational Therapists. We focus on delivering quality treatment and achieving excellent functional outcomes.

Qualifications

• Qualified occupational therapy assistant preferred.
• OT/OTA licensure or eligibility as per state requirements.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure every patient receives quality treatment resulting in excellent functional outcomes.
• With OT guidance, develop and implement occupational therapy treatment programs based on each patient's needs.
• Assist patients with all phases of OT treatment and techniques.
• Discuss treatment with patients and record conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit.
• Provide continuous communication with the Occupational Therapist, Director or Rehab, and facility staff.
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard occupational therapy equipment.
