Qualifications

• State licensure or certification required where applicable.
• CPR certification preferred (if not required by policy).
• Associate's degree from an OTA program is preferred.
• Effective communication with patients, families, and caregivers.

Responsibilities

• Provide OTA services to maximize independence and quality of life.
• Collaborate with therapists and care teams to implement treatment plans.
• Document patient progress accurately and timely.
• Educate patients and families on care plans and home exercises.
