Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking qualified occupational therapy assistant candidates to join our dynamic team. Working under the guidance of an occupational therapist, you will contribute to patient care and support a growing team.

You will assist in treating patients by following individualized plans of care developed by Occupational Therapists, ensuring quality treatment and solid functional outcomes.

Qualifications

• Qualified occupational therapy assistant candidates.
• Supervised by an occupational therapist.
• Follow individualized care plans.

Responsibilities

• Ensure every patient receives quality treatment resulting in excellent functional outcomes.
• With assistance of Occupational Therapist, develop and implement occupational therapy treatment programs based on each patient's particular needs.
• Assist patients with all phases of Occupational Therapy treatment and techniques.
• Discuss treatment with patients and record patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit.
• Provide continuous communication with Occupational Therapist, Director or Rehab, and facility staff.
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard occupational therapy equipment.
