Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our dynamic patient-care team. Working under the guidance of an Occupational Therapist, you will help implement individualized care plans and support patients on their rehabilitation journey.

You'll assist with treatment techniques, document patient progress, and communicate with the supervising therapist and facility staff to ensure quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Qualified Occupational Therapy Assistant candidates required.
• Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Record patient conditions and responses to treatments.

Responsibilities

• Ensure every patient receives quality treatment resulting in excellent functional outcomes.
• With assistance of Occupational Therapist, develop and implement occupational therapy treatment programs based on each patient's needs.
• Assist patients with all phases of Occupational Therapy treatment and techniques.
• Discuss treatment with patients and record patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit.
• Provide continuous communication with Occupational Therapist, Director or Rehab, and facility staff.
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard occupational therapy equipment.
