Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking an occupational therapy assistant to join our team under the guidance of an occupational therapist. You will assist treating patients by following individualized plans of care developed by Occupational Therapists.

In this role, you’ll help implement treatment programs, discuss progress with patients, and document responses to therapies. You will collaborate with the OT, director or rehab staff and facility personnel while utilizing standard OT equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with all phases of Occupational Therapy treatment and techniques.
• Discuss treatment with patients and record patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit.
• Provide continuous communication with Occupational Therapist, Director or Rehab, and facility staff.
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard occupational therapy equipment.
