Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct resident screens as allowed by state practice acts.
• Assist residents with rehabilitative activities and exercises per plan.
• Monitor activities to ensure correct execution and provide encouragement.
• Record residents' progress for the supervising OT.
• Assist with scheduling, phone duties, supplies, and paperwork.
• Provide training to residents, caregivers and families per care plan.
• Complete forms and documents per company policy and regulations.
