• Helps residents with rehabilitative activities and exercises per treatment plan.
• Monitors residents' activities; provides encouragement and feedback.
• Records resident progress for the supervising occupational therapist.
• Assists with scheduling, answering calls, restocking supplies, and paperwork.
• Provides training to residents, caregivers, and families per care plan.
• Completes forms and documents per company policy and state/federal regulations.
