Synchrony seeks an Occupational Therapy Assistant to work under an Occupational Therapist, delivering therapeutic interventions in a collaborative team. The role includes assisting with treatment plans, guiding patients through exercises and ADLs, and documenting patient responses while coordinating with therapists.

The position requires an OTA credential, current licensure, and CPR certification (preferred). Experience is 0-1 years, and benefits include weekly pay and a strong support network.

Qualificações

• OTA licensure or certification must be current and valid.
• Current CPR certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in carrying out treatment plans created by occupational therapists.
• Help patients with exercises, activities, and ADL training.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of patient responses and progress.
• Educate patients and families on home exercises and adaptive techniques.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Support therapists in evaluating patient needs and progress.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
