Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants to join our nurse-led care team at North Health & Rehab in Worthington, OH. The role supports a therapist-led model and emphasizes patient-centered care with supervision from an Occupational Therapist.

Requirements include an accredited OTA program (Associate degree), current state COTA license, and NBCOT certification. Prior COTA experience is preferred, with responsibilities spanning treatment plan

• Associate degree required.
• Active COTA license and NBCOT certification required.
• 1 year experience as a COTA preferred.
• Implements individual treatment plans under OT supervision.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes to the supervising OT.
• Educates patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs.

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant Requirements & Responsibilities

• Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant Program required
• Current, unencumbered state COTA License; NBCOT Certification required
• 1 year of previous experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant preferred
• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising OT
• Educates patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs
