Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a full-time daytime role at Elmwood Health & Rehab Center in West Carrollton, OH. The position supports licensed OTs by implementing treatment plans and educating patients.

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant Program required

• Current, unencumbered state COTA License; NBCOT Certification required

• 1 year of previous experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant preferred

• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist

• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising OT

• Educates patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs
