Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for Elmwood Health & Rehab Center in West Carrollton, OH. The role requires an associate degree and active licensure.

You will implement treatment plans under an OT supervision, document progress, and educate patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs. The schedule is full-time daytime, with full benefits and retirement options.

Qualifications

• Must have a COTA license valid in the state.
• NBCOT certification is required.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans under supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising OT.
• Educates patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs.

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant Requirements & Responsibilities
