Continuum Therapy Partners in Mount Vernon, OH is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team at Avalon Health & Rehab.

You will implement treatment plans under the supervision of an OT, document patient progress, and educate patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs. Join a patient‑centered team dedicated to quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in OTA program is required.
• Current, unencumbered state COTA license; NBCOT certification is required.
• 1 year of experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising OT.
• Educates patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs.

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant Program required
