Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners seeks Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants to join a therapist-led team expanding a national footprint. The role offers a full-time schedule in Dillwyn, VA, with a $5K sign-on bonus.

You will implement treatment plans, document patient progress, and educate patients on equipment and home programs, under OT supervision. Eligible candidates hold an OTA degree, NBCOT certification, and an active COTA license; 1 year of experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have an OTA degree and NBCOT certification.
• Current, unencumbered state COTA license required.
• 1 year of previous experience as a COTA preferred.
• Implements individualized treatment plans under supervision of an OT.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes to the supervising OT.
• Educates patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs.

• Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant Program required
