Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC seeks a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join the Charlottesville, VA team. You will support patients under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist to help achieve therapy goals in a compassionate setting.

Qualifications include an Associate Degree in OTA, current COTA license, and NBCOT certification. A minimum of one year of experience is preferred; full benefits and licensure reimbursement are provided.

• Current, unencumbered state COTA license; NBCOT certification required.
• 1 year of previous experience as a COTA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising OT.
• Educates patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs.

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant Requirements & Responsibilities
