Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our dynamic team. Working under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, you will help treat patients by following individualized plans of care.

You will develop and implement OT treatment programs, assist patients through all phases of therapy, and document patient responses. Strong communication with therapists and staff is essential to coordinate care and achieve positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• OTA candidates must hold an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant credential.
• Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Strong documentation and charting skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality OT treatment to achieve excellent functional outcomes.
• Develop and implement OT treatment programs based on patient needs.
• Assist patients through all phases of OT treatment and techniques.
• Discuss treatments with patients and document responses after each visit.
• Maintain communication with the OT, Rehab Director, and facility staff.
• Operate and apply standard OT equipment.
