Enhance Rehabilitation seeks an Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our growing team. Working under an Occupational Therapist, you will support patients by following individualized care plans and delivering high-quality therapy that improves daily function.

You will assist in implementing treatment programs, document patient responses after each visit, and maintain clear communication with the OT, Rehab Director, and facility staff to ensure cohesive care.

Qualifications

• Assist in occupational therapy treatment under an OT supervision.
• Develop and implement treatment programs based on patient needs.
• Record patient conditions and responses after each visit.
• Communicate with Occupational Therapist, Rehab Director, and staff.
• Operate standard occupational therapy equipment.

Responsibilities

• Follow individualized plans of care created by OTs.
• Contribute to quality treatment and functional outcomes.
• Collaborate with the rehab team to coordinate care.
• Document progress and changes in patient charts.
