Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation invites qualified occupational therapy assistant candidates to join our dynamic team. Working under an occupational therapist, you will assist in delivering individualized plans of care and help patients achieve meaningful functional outcomes.

You will participate in implementing OT treatment programs, document patient progress, and communicate with the OT, rehab director, and facility staff to ensure coordinated care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of OTA program and eligible for licensure in IL
• Experience assisting OT with treatment plans
• Ability to document patient progress accurately

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing OT treatment programs based on patient needs.
• Assist patients with all phases of OT treatment and techniques.
• Discuss treatment with patients and record conditions and responses in charts.
• Provide continuous communication with OT, Rehab Director, and facility staff.
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard OT equipment.
