Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team. The OTA will work under an Occupational Therapist to help treat patients based on individualized care plans created by the therapists.

You will contribute to delivering quality care, implement treatment programs, and document patient progress. Collaboration with the OT, rehab leadership, and facility staff is essential to support positive functional outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with Occupational Therapy treatment and techniques.
• Discuss treatment with patients and record conditions and responses after each visit.
• Develop and implement treatment programs under the guidance of an Occupational Therapist.
• Provide continuous communication with the Occupational Therapist, Rehab Director, and facility staff.
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard Occupational Therapy equipment.
