• Assist patients by following individualized plans of care developed by Occupational Therapists.
• Ensure each patient receives quality treatment resulting in excellent functional outcomes.
• Develop and implement treatment programs with the guidance of an Occupational Therapist.
• Record patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit.
• Provide continuous communication with Occupational Therapist, Director of Rehab, and facility staff.
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard occupational therapy equipment.
