Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking qualified occupational therapy assistant candidates to join our growing team. Working under the guidance of an occupational therapist, you will assist in implementing individualized plans of care and help patients achieve functional outcomes.

You will participate in all phases of therapy, document patient progress, communicate with the OT, director, rehab team, and facility staff, and help operate standard therapy equipment.

Qualifications

• Qualified occupational therapy assistant and ability to work under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Ensure every patient receives quality treatment resulting in excellent functional outcomes.
• With assistance of Occupational Therapist, develop and implement occupational therapy treatment programs based on each patient's particular needs.
• Assist patients with all phases of Occupational Therapy treatment and techniques.
• Discuss treatment with patients and record patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit.
• Provide continuous communication with Occupational Therapist, Director or Rehab, and facility staff.
