Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapy Assistant to work under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist. You will assist in implementing individualized plans of care and contribute to patient progress and functional outcomes.

You will collaborate with therapists, directors, and facility staff, documenting patient responses and maintaining clear charts after each visit to ensure quality treatment.

• Qualified occupational therapy assistant candidate.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with all phases of Occupational Therapy treatment and techniques.
• Discuss treatment with patients and record patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit.
• Provide continuous communication with Occupational Therapist, Director or Rehab, and facility staff.
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard occupational therapy equipment.
• With assistance of Occupational Therapist, develop and implement occupational therapy treatment programs based on each patient's particular needs.
