Overview

Are you a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) with a desire to impact the lives of the older adult population? If so, our Rehab Teams at Brevellier Village and The Residences at Presqse Isle (Assisted Living) in Erie, PA are seeking its next employee‑owner team member.

This FULL‑TIME role will split between two of our communities in Erie, with equal hours at each. You must be willing to travel between them, sometimes on the same day, as they are less than 8 miles apart.

The schedule includes an every‑third‑Sunday rotation for this role.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Occupational Therapist to establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans.
• Maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation as a member of our interdisciplinary team.
• Help patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community we serve.

Qualifications

• Be a graduate of an accredited school for Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants.
• Hold a valid or pending (for newer graduates) state license.
• It’s great to have had acute care, long‑term care and/or rehabilitation experience but not always required.
• New grads welcome to apply!
