Job summary

Symbria's Rehab Team at Trinity Community at Beavercreek in Beavercreek, OH is hiring a full-time Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to join a dedicated interdisciplinary team. You will work alongside the Occupational Therapist to establish goals and creatively execute treatment plans for older adults in post-acute and senior-living settings.

Responsibilities include maintaining productivity, completing documentation, and helping patients reach critical outcomes while partnering

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school for Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants.
• Hold a valid or pending state license for COTA.
• Acute care, long-term care and/or rehabilitation experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

As a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA), you will work closely with the Occupational Therapist to establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be required to maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation. More importantly, you will help your patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve.

Qualifications

• Be a graduate of an accredited school for Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants.
• Hold a valid or pending (for newer graduates) state license.
• It’s great to have had acute care, long-term care and/or rehabilitation experience but not always required!
