Job summary

Symbria is seeking a PRN Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to join the Rehab Team serving multiple Erie senior communities. You will work with the Occupational Therapist to set goals and implement treatment plans, while ensuring documentation and productivity standards are met.

The role supports the geriatric population in post-acute and long-term care settings and offers ownership culture through ESOP, plus 401(k) and employee assistance programs.

Qualifications

• Be a graduate of an accredited school for Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants.
• Hold a valid state license.
• Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.
• Acute care, long-term care and/or rehabilitation experience helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Occupational Therapist to set goals and implement treatment plans.
• Maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation.

Responsibilities

As a PRN Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA), you will work closely with the Occupational Therapist to establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be required to maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation. More importantly, you will help your patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve.

Qualifications

• Be a graduate of an accredited school for Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants.
• Hold a valid state license.
• Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.
• It’s great to have had acute care, long‑term care and/or rehabilitation experience but not always required!
