Symbria's Victory Lakes rehab team in Lindenhurst, IL seeks a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to join a patient-centered geriatric care setting.

You will collaborate with an Occupational Therapist to set goals and implement treatment plans while maintaining productivity and documentation. New grads are encouraged; mentorship and hands-on experience help you grow in your career within a 100% employee-owned ESOP company.

Qualifications

• Be a graduate of an accredited school for Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants.
• Hold a valid or pending state license.
• Experience in acute care, long-term care or rehabilitation is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Occupational Therapist to set goals and execute treatment plans.
• Maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation; support patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

As a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA), you will work closely with the Occupational Therapist to establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be required to maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation. More importantly, you will help your patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve.

Qualifications

• Be a graduate of an accredited school for Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants.
• Hold a valid or pending (for newer graduates) state license.
• It’s great to have had acute care, long-term care and/or rehabilitation experience but not always required!
