Job summary

Symbria is seeking a per diem Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to join the Rehab Team at University Place in West Lafayette, IN. You will work closely with the OT to set goals and creatively carry out treatment plans for older adults.

You will be part of an interdisciplinary team, maintain productivity, and complete required documentation to support patient progress and community care. Prior acute or long-term care experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school for Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants.
• Hold a valid state license.
• Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.
• Acute care/long-term care experience is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Occupational Therapist to set goals and execute treatment plans.
• Maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation.

Responsibilities

As a PRN Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA), you will work closely with the Occupational Therapist to establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be required to maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation. More importantly, you will help your patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve.

Qualifications

• Be a graduate of an accredited school for Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants.
• Hold a valid state license.
• Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.
• It’s great to have had acute care, long-term care and/or rehabilitation experience but not always required!
