Job summary

Sunnyvale Gardens Post Acute in Sunnyvale, CA is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our dedicated therapy team. This full-time, benefited role offers an hourly rate of $45–$50 and the opportunity to help residents regain independence and improve quality of life.

• Document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner.
