Sunnyvale Post Acute is seeking a Full-Time Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to join our rehabilitation team in Sunnyvale, CA. This role provides skilled therapy under supervision of a licensed OT to help residents regain independence and improve daily living skills.

The OTA will document progress, collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, and educate patients and families on adaptive techniques. Compensation starts at $50-55/hour DOE with full benefits; flexible scheduling is available.

Qualifications

• Current California OTA license in good standing.
• Graduate of an accredited OTA program.
• Experience in a post-acute or skilled nursing setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  Position Summary

  The Occupational Therapy Assistant provides skilled therapy services to residents under the direction and supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist. The OTA plays a key role in helping patients regain independence, improve functional abilities, and enhance overall quality of life.
