Job summary

Saber Healthcare Group is seeking a part-time occupational therapy assistant in a skilled nursing facility in North Carolina. The role emphasizes restoring independence and facilitating goals with guidance from the OT and Director of Rehab.

Applicants must hold an Associate’s Degree, be licensed in the state, and have basic computer skills. A supportive, team-oriented setting with opportunities for CEUs and career growth is offered.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited college.
• Must hold a current and valid license granted from the state of employment.
• Current and valid OTA license granted from state of employment.
• Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate through various software programs, including service delivery software and the electronic health record software.

Responsibilities

• Return patient to optimal physical function and assist in achieving patient, physician, and therapy goals within a SNF setting.
• Educate patients for maintenance of function after discharge through independent exercise and activity modification, under supervision of the OT and DOR.

Position Summary:
