Qualifications and Responsibilities

• Current and valid license from the state of employment (OT/SLP and nursing assistants).
• Associate’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college or university.
• Evaluate residents to determine the need for Occupational Therapy.
• Establish individualized treatment programs and consult with facility staff.
• Provide evaluation results and treatment objectives to caregivers, family, and residents.
• Complete all documentation accurately and timely.
• Implement and monitor treatment plans, adjusting as needed.
• Instruct families and nursing staff in functional maintenance programs.

Shift & Wage

• Full-Time Opportunities Available.
• Shifts needed: Weekdays and weekends.
