Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking qualified occupational therapy assistant candidates to join our dynamic team. As an Enhance Rehabilitation OTA, you will work under the guidance of an occupational therapist, assisting treating patients by following an individualized plan of care developed by Occupational Therapists.

You will help develop and implement treatment programs, assist with all phases of therapy, discuss treatment with patients and record responses in charts after each visit, and

Qualifications

• Assist patients under supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Develop and implement occupational therapy treatment programs with supervision.
• Record patient conditions and responses after each visit.
• Maintain communication with therapists and facility staff.

• Provide continuous communication with Occupational Therapist, Director or Rehab, and facility staff.
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard occupational therapy equipment.
