Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our growing team. Working under the guidance of an Occupational Therapist, you will help treat patients and implement individualized plans of care.

You will document patient progress, communicate with therapists and facility staff, and operate standard OT equipment to support functional outcomes in diverse settings. This role emphasizes collaboration, patient-centered care, and adherence to treatment protocols

Qualifications

• Qualified Occupational Therapy Assistant with COTA credential.
• Experience assisting in therapy plans under an OT.
• Strong documentation and record-keeping skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure every patient receives quality treatment and outcomes.
• Develop and implement OT treatment programs under an OT.
• Assist patients with all phases of OT treatment and techniques.
• Discuss treatment with patients and record progress in charts.
• Provide continuous communication with OT, Rehab Director, and staff.
• Operate standard occupational therapy equipment.

Enhance Rehabilitation is currently seeking qualified occupational therapy assistant candidates to join our dynamic team. As an Enhance Rehabilitation occupational therapist assistant, working under the guidance of an occupational therapist, you will be a part of growing team. In this role, you’ll assist treating patients by following an individualized plan of care developed by Occupational Therapists.

• Ensure every patient receives quality treatment resulting in excellent functional outcomes.
• With assistance of Occupational Therapist, develop and implement occupational therapy treatment programs based on each patient's particular needs.
• Assist patients with all phases of Occupational Therapy treatment and techniques.
• Discuss treatment with patients and record patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit.
• Provide continuous communication with Occupational Therapist, Director or Rehab, and facility staff.
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard occupational therapy equipment.
