Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking qualified occupational therapy assistant candidates to join our dynamic team. An OTA will work under the supervision of an occupational therapist to deliver care by following an individualized plan of care.

• OTA role supporting licensed therapists under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with all phases of Occupational Therapy treatment and techniques.
• Develop and implement treatment programs based on each patient's needs with OT guidance.
• Discuss treatment with patients and record patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit.
• Provide continuous communication with Occupational Therapist, Director or Rehab, and facility staff.
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard occupational therapy equipment.
