Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation in Wisconsin is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our dynamic team. Working under the guidance of an Occupational Therapist, you will be part of a growing team and assist treating patients by following an individualized plan of care developed by Occupational Therapists.

You will document patient conditions and responses to treatments, communicate with the OT and rehab staff, and help operate standard occupational therapy equipment to support

• Ensure every patient receives quality treatment resulting in excellent functional outcomes.
• With assistance of Occupational Therapist, develop and implement occupational therapy treatment programs based on each patient's particular needs.
• Assist patients with all phases of Occupational Therapy treatment and techniques.
• Discuss treatment with patients and record patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit.
• Provide continuous communication with Occupational Therapist, Director or Rehab, and facility staff.
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard occupational therapy equipment.
