Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation in Illinois is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our growing team. Working under the guidance of an Occupational Therapist, you will assist in treating patients by following an individualized plan of care developed by therapists.

You will help implement OT treatment programs, document patient progress after each visit, and communicate with the supervising therapist, rehab director, and facility staff to ensure quality care and optimal functional

Qualifications

• Assist patients under the guidance of an Occupational Therapist according to an individualized plan of care.
• Help develop and implement occupational therapy treatment programs based on patient needs.
• Record patient conditions and responses to treatments after each visit.

• Provide continuous communication with Occupational Therapist, Director or Rehab, and facility staff.
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard occupational therapy equipment.
