Occupational Therapy Assistant

Summary: Provide occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed OT, maintaining positive interactions with patients, facilities, and clients. Deliver quality care, including treatment planning, supervision of Rehab Techs (if required), and case management, while adhering to all regulations and standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in optimizing patients' functional abilities under OT supervision
• Develop and support a strong occupational therapy assistant program
• Enhance clinical and management skills through ongoing education and collaboration
• Maintain valid state licensure and stay informed about industry and healthcare updates
• Understand billing, treatment guidelines, and delivery models to provide compliant and effective care
• Follow infection control and safety protocols
• Communicate effectively in English in all professional interactions
