Job summary

Madison Pointe Care Center in New Port Richey, FL is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA/COTA) to join our rehabilitation team under the Director of Rehabilitation. You will screen residents with diverse cognitive and medical diagnoses and provide skilled OT services to improve daily function.

You will collaborate with OT colleagues to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, document progress, and communicate with residents, families, and facility staff.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or eligibility to practice as an OTA in Florida.
• Familiarity with Net Health and Point Click Care EMR systems.
• Strong professionalism, communication, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Screen residents with cognitive and medical diagnoses and provide skilled occupational therapy services.

Requirements:

• FLORIDA LICENSED/ELIGIBLE IN OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY ASSISTANT: Current licensure or eligibility to practice in Florida
