Job summary

Madison Pointe Care Center in New Port Richey, FL, seeks an Occupation Therapy Assistant (OTA/COTA) to join our rehabilitation team and implement individualized treatment plans, working closely with our Director of Rehabilitation and OT.

You will screen residents, provide skilled occupational therapy services, and communicate with residents, families, caregivers, and staff to ensure optimal functional outcomes.

Qualifications

• Florida licensed or eligible to practice as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
• Familiarity with Net Health and PointClickCare EMR systems.
• Strong professionalism, communication, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities
