Education/Experience:

Responsibilities

Occupational Therapy Assistant

Summary: Provide occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed OT, maintaining positive interactions with patients and facilities. Deliver quality patient care, supervise Rehab Techs when required, and handle case management responsibilities. Maintain professional conduct and adhere to all regulations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Optimize patients' functional abilities under OT supervision
• Build a strong occupational therapy assistant program
• Enhance clinical and management skills through interaction and education
• Maintain valid state license and awareness of profession issues
• Understand billing, treatment guidelines, and delivery methods
• Follow infection control and safety protocols
• Communicate effectively in English
