Job summary

The Springs at St Andrews Village in Aurora, CO is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our in-house rehab program. You will work under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist to deliver rehabilitative interventions and monitor patient progress.

We welcome OTA graduates with current licensure and a flexible, patient-centered approach. This PRN role offers a supportive team and opportunities to contribute to geriatric care and recovery in a post-acute setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Current and active State license/registration where applicable.
• All levels of experience welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions under Occupational Therapist supervision.
• Administer ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises, modalities, and use of assistive devices under supervision.
• Assess patient progress and communicate with the supervising Occupational Therapist to adjust treatments.

OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY ASSISTANT - PRN - THE SPRINGS AT ST ANDREWS VILLAGE - AURORA, CO

PRN: Flexible schedule with work-life balance

Pay: $32 - $40/hour based on experience

The Springs in Aurora, CO is a post-acute care facility with long-term care, short-term care, and geriatric services provided. We can offer a stable and fun in-house therapy team to work with as well as excellent programs serving our geriatric clientele in their journey to recovery. We are currently seeking a PRN Occupational Therapy Assistant for our in-house rehab program!

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients with cognitive and/or physical functioning disorders, following regulatory and clinical standards under Occupational Therapist supervision.
• Administer various rehabilitation procedures, including ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises, modalities, and the use of supportive and assistive devices, under Occupational Therapist supervision.
• Assess patient progress and communicate with the supervising Occupational Therapist to adjust treatments in accordance with regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
• Report treatment outcomes' effectiveness to the supervising Occupational Therapist.

Qualifications:

• Must be a graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
• Must hold current and active State license/registration where applicable
