Boulder Canyon Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our in-house therapy team in Boulder, CO. This full-time position offers a stable schedule and the opportunity to work with geriatric clients across post-acute and outpatient services.

You will administer rehab procedures under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, including ADL retraining and therapeutic activities, and you will track progress to adjust treatments.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Hold a current and active State license/registration where applicable.
• Candidates with all levels of experience are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients with cognitive and/or physical functioning disorders, following regulatory and clinical standards under Occupational Therapist supervision.
• Administer various rehabilitation procedures, including ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises, modalities, and the use of supportive and assistive devices, under Occupational Therapist supervision.
• Assess patient progress and communicate with the supervising Occupational Therapist to adjust treatments in accordance with regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
• Report treatment outcomes' effectiveness to the supervising Occupational Therapist.

Occupational Therapy Assistant – Full Time – Boulder Canyon Health & Rehabilitation – Boulder, CO

Boulder Canyon Health & Rehabilitation in Boulder, CO, is currently seeking a full time Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our in‑house therapy team. We can offer a stable and fun in‑house therapy team to work with as well as excellent programs serving our geriatric clientele in their journey to recovery. We are a post‑acute care facility with long‑term care, short‑term care, and geriatric outpatient services provided.

Full Time: Flexible schedule with work‑life balance

Pay: $22 - $40/hour based on experience

Key Responsibilities
