Flagship Therapy is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (Full Time) for The Villas at Sunny Acres in Thornton, CO. Join an in-house rehab program at a post-acute care facility offering geriatric services and a stable therapy team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Hold a current and active State license/registration where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients under Occupational Therapist supervision.
• Administer rehabilitation procedures including ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises, modalities, and use of assistive devices under supervision.
• Assess patient progress and adjust treatments in accordance with regulatory and clinical practice requirements in collaboration with the supervising Occupational Therapist.
• Report treatment outcomes' effectiveness to the supervising Occupational Therapist.

The Villas at Sunny Acres, CO, is a post-acute care facility with long-term care, short-term care, and geriatric services provided. We can offer a stable and fun in-house therapy team to work with as well as excellent programs serving our geriatric clientele in their journey to recovery. We are currently seeking a Full Time Occupational Therapy Assistant for our in-house rehab program!

Full Time: Flexible schedule with work-life balance

Pay: $30 - $36/hour based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients with cognitive and/or physical functioning disorders, following regulatory and clinical standards under Occupational Therapist supervision.
• Administer various rehabilitation procedures, including ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises, modalities, and the use of supportive and assistive devices, under Occupational Therapist supervision.
• Assess patient progress and communicate with the supervising Occupational Therapist to adjust treatments in accordance with regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
• Report treatment outcomes' effectiveness to the supervising Occupational Therapist.
