The Springs at St Andrews Village in Aurora, CO is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our in-house rehab program. Flexible scheduling and a pay range of $32-$40 per hour based on experience support a balanced lifestyle.

Responsibilities include delivering skilled, medically necessary rehab under OT supervision, conducting ADL retraining, and monitoring patient progress to inform treatment adjustments. Licensing requirements apply per state regulations.

Qualifications

• Must be graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Must hold current and active State license/registration where applicable.
• We welcome candidates with all levels of experience.

The Springs in Aurora, CO is a post-acute care facility with long-term care, short-term care, and geriatric services provided. We can offer a stable and fun in-house therapy team to work with as well as excellent programs serving our geriatric clientele in their journey to recovery. We are currently seeking aPRNOccupational Therapy Assistantfor our in-house rehab program!

Key Responsibilities

• Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients with cognitive and/or physical functioning disorders, following regulatory and clinical standards under Occupational Therapist supervision.
• Administer various rehabilitation procedures, including ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises, modalities, and the use of supportive and assistive devices, under Occupational Therapist supervision.
• Assess patient progress and communicate with the supervising Occupational Therapist to adjust treatments in accordance with regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
• Report treatment outcomes' effectiveness to the supervising Occupational Therapist.
